Ownership of Artwork & Designs
All original artwork, graphic designs, logos, branding elements, and visual content used across Pride Clothing Co. products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms are the sole intellectual property of Pride Clothing Co. These works are protected under applicable copyright law, including but not limited to the United States Copyright Act.
For collaborative and limited-edition releases, all artwork created in partnership with independent artists has been properly licensed or commissioned by Pride Clothing Co. under written agreement. Pride Clothing Co. holds the necessary rights to reproduce, distribute, and sell products featuring such artwork. These commissioned works are equally protected and subject to the same restrictions as our original designs.
Ownership does not transfer to the purchaser upon the sale of any product. Purchasing a Pride Clothing Co. item grants you the right to wear and enjoy the product — it does not grant any license to reproduce, copy, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork featured on it.
Permitted & Prohibited Use
We love seeing our community share and celebrate Pride Clothing Co. — here's a clear breakdown of what's allowed and what isn't.
✅ What You Can Do
- Share photos of your purchases on personal social media accounts.
- Tag us, post links to our store, and spread the word — we love that.
- Send product links or images to friends and family.
- Post honest reviews that include product imagery.
🚫 What You Cannot Do
- Reproduce or copy any artwork, design, logo, or graphic for any purpose without prior written permission from Pride Clothing Co.
- Use our artwork commercially — including on merchandise, print-on-demand platforms, promotional materials, or any product offered for sale or exchange.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on our designs without express written consent.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or any attribution associated with our work.
- Republish or redistribute artwork through third-party platforms, aggregators, or print services without authorization.
- Use our artwork, designs, or branding in any way that implies an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Pride Clothing Co. that does not exist.
Unauthorized use of Pride Clothing Co. intellectual property may result in legal action, including claims for damages under applicable copyright and trademark law.
Our Commitment to the DMCA
Pride Clothing Co. takes the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) seriously and complies fully with its provisions. We respect the intellectual property rights of all third parties, and we expect the same respect to be extended to our own work.
We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our artwork and designs across the internet, social media platforms, and third-party marketplaces. Where we identify misuse, we will assert our full rights under the DMCA, including issuing takedown notices to hosting providers, platforms, and marketplaces, and pursuing legal remedies where appropriate.
We do not take these matters lightly. If you have encountered our artwork being used without authorization, we encourage you to report it to us through our Help Center so we can take appropriate action.
Filing a DMCA Claim Against Us
While we make every effort to ensure that all artwork and designs used by Pride Clothing Co. are either wholly owned by us or properly licensed, we recognize that disputes can arise. If you believe in good faith that any content on our platforms infringes upon your copyright, you have the right to submit a DMCA takedown notice to us.
To submit a DMCA claim, please visit our Help Center and open a support ticket with DMCA selected as the department. Your notice should include the following information:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We will review all valid DMCA notices promptly and respond in accordance with applicable law. Please note that submitting a false or misleading DMCA claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

All licensing is subject to review and must be approved in writing by Pride Clothing Co. prior to use. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property pending a licensing inquiry does not constitute permission.
