Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can start the Return Authorization Request in your order account, our help center at https://help.prideclothingco.com; by emailing hello@prideclothingco.com or by calling +1-859-838-1717.  Please be sure to reference your order number, items, and reasons/issues.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We are working on our exchange process at this time. Please contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Match Policy

At Pride Clothing Co., we are committed to providing our customers with the best value on high-quality Pride apparel. Our Price Match Policy is designed to ensure fair pricing and a transparent shopping experience. This policy explains when and how we may match or adjust prices to help you shop with confidence.

Post-Purchase Price Adjustments

If you have purchased an item and the base price of that same product is later reduced or advertised at a lower price on our website within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment. Approved adjustments may be issued either as a refund of the price difference or as store credit for the price difference.

To request a post-purchase price adjustment, you must contact us within sixty (60) days of your purchase by emailing hello@prideclothingco.com or by submitting a request through our support portal at https://help.prideclothingco.com. Your request must include your order number, the product name, and a link or screenshot showing the lower price.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. Customers may not request the use of a new discount code on a past order after forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase. All price adjustments are based solely on the base product price and do not include promotional or discount code pricing.

Pre-Purchase Price Matching

While most of our apparel features custom designs unique to Pride Clothing Co., we understand that you may find similar products offered by other retailers. If you locate a comparable product from a similar retailer at a lower price, you may submit a price match request prior to completing your purchase.

All pre-purchase price match requests must be submitted before checkout and must include a link or proof of the competitor’s pricing along with relevant product details. Our team will review each request and may, at our discretion, substitute the base product with a comparable alternative to achieve the price match. If the request is approved and agreed upon, we will provide you with a detailed invoice outlining the product, pricing, and any substitutions before you complete your purchase.

Exclusions

Certain products and pricing situations are not eligible for price matching or price adjustments. These exclusions include items marked as final sale or clearance, products released as part of special events or collaborations, and any items designated as limited edition. Additionally, pricing associated with Black Friday promotional periods, Pride Month promotions, or weekly special sales events is excluded from price matching.

Discount Codes and Price Matching

Requesting a price match may affect eligibility for discount code use. If you wish to use a discount code in connection with a price match request, you must include the discount code at the time of your request so we can evaluate the best available pricing option. While we strive to provide the most favorable pricing possible, price matching and discount codes may not be combined in all cases.
